A breakup support space for BIPOC & POC

Break-ups impact us mentally and emotionally in profound ways and it can be a challenging to find a space to express and process the uncertainty and distress we feel.

A support group is a place for people who share a common circumstance or challenge.

It’s a space to talk with others who understand what you are going through and can share insights from firsthand experience.

This is not therapy.

What this is:

A live, facilitated support group for BIPOC & POC moving through the end of a relationship.

This is a BIPOC & POC–centered space.

This space centers Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) because of how systematic racism oppresses, harms, and deeply affects our lives (and relationships) in ways non-people of color may not understand.

  • Are healing from a breakup, separation, divorce, or situationship ending

  • You are willing to honor Community Agreements (see below)

  • You want a space to share your experience with others who can relate
