A breakup support space for BIPOC & POC
Break-ups impact us mentally and emotionally in profound ways and it can be a challenging to find a space to express and process the uncertainty and distress we feel.
A support group is a place for people who share a common circumstance or challenge.
It’s a space to talk with others who understand what you are going through and can share insights from firsthand experience.
This is not therapy.
What this is:
A live, facilitated support group for BIPOC & POC moving through the end of a relationship.
This is a BIPOC & POC–centered space.
This space centers Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) because of how systematic racism oppresses, harms, and deeply affects our lives (and relationships) in ways non-people of color may not understand.
This might be for you if:
Identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color
Are healing from a breakup, separation, divorce, or situationship ending
You are willing to honor Community Agreements (see below)
You want a space to share your experience with others who can relate
What to expect:
A grounding or check-in
Gentle prompts for reflection
Community agreements for safety + respect
Optional sharing + 1:1 breakouts (you can always skip)
• Up to 2 sessions/month
• 3 months of support
• Best value
• One live group session
• Good for first-timers
Community Agreements
To protect this space, we ask that everyone agree to:
Honor confidentiality
Respect all identities and lived experiences
Avoid advice-giving, unless invited
Allow yourself (and others) to pass
