Kimberly Johnson, FOunder & Lead Facilitator
Kimberly Johnson is a mindfulness-based program facilitator and curriculum developer with a background in community health and a passion for mental health advocacy. She holds a Master of Science in Community Health, is a Certified Health Education Specialist, a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and is on track to become a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in 2025.
Inspired by her personal experience with depression and anxiety, Kimberly integrates evidence-based mindfulness practices into programs designed to support emotional well-being and resilience. She has facilitated mindfulness-based programs for schools, nonprofits, government agencies, and private organizations, and currently leads initiatives for Montgomery County’s Department of Health and Human Services.
