Kimberly Johnson Wellness conducted a one hour session for business executives that focused on strategies for self-care and its impact on productivity, as well as mindfulness techniques. Using some of the brief techniques during the session, participants felt calmer and reported having more clarity. All felt this would be useful during increasingly stressful times of work. The question and answer portion was especially effective, allowing participants to inquire about their specific needs. This was a great session.

Kim offered mindfulness practices for a postnatal course that I offered at my gym. She led some opening meditation, breath work and mindfulness exercises for the small group which was really well received by the group of moms returning to exercise and movement after childbirth.
