Meet Kimberly Johnson
Kimberly Johnson is a highly respected mindfulness educator, speaker, and group facilitator with a passion for making mental well-being accessible, practical, and transformational.
She holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). With advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Kimberly is uniquely positioned to guide individuals, teams, and audiences through evidence-based practices that reduce stress, enhance emotional awareness, and build lasting resilience.
